At Wild Valley Foods, we take pride in delivering premium Kashmiri dry fruits, saffron, and natural products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

• The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
• You received the wrong product
• The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• It may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened food products (due to hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards or promotional vouchers

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
